Acceptance of Terms
When you register online with Quran Academe for yourself or your child, you agree to our delivery and refund terms. Please read this policy before starting paid online Quran classes.
Class Delivery
Quran Academe delivers online Quran classes through live tutor-led sessions. Class timing, lesson frequency and tutor availability are arranged with the parent or student before regular paid classes begin.
Free Trial Class
We offer a free trial class so families can understand the teaching style, class format and tutor communication before choosing a monthly package.
Refund Before Classes Start
If a student withdraws before regular paid classes begin, Quran Academe may refund the paid amount in full, subject to payment processor or transfer charges where applicable.
Refund After Classes Begin
Once classes are confirmed and the student has attended the first paid class, refunds are not normally entertained. If Quran Academe cannot provide classes for a reason from our side and a fee has already been paid, we will review the case and refund the eligible amount after deducting any applicable refund or transfer fee.
Held or Missed Classes
If classes are placed on hold for an agreed reason, the remaining balance may be transferred to the next month's classes only. If refund charges are higher than the remaining fee, no refund will be issued.
Public Holidays
Monthly fees include public holidays unless a different arrangement is confirmed with Quran Academe in writing.
